Reverse Air Bag House designed by us is the best suited for medium to large installations. They offer gentle filtration velocities and do not require Compressed air which is a big saving for large installations. They can handle virtually any gas volume and the maximum temperature of 260 deg C continuously.

Reverse Air Bag House is extensively used in Cement Plants, Submerged Arc furnaces used for CaCO3 manufacturing and Ferro Alloys manufacturing plants.

We make most of the parts required including Thimble, J Hook-Spring Assembly, RABH Filter Bags, Dampers, besides the fabricated parts like Casing, Hopper, Supporting Structure, Plenum at inlet and outlet.

Aakash Enterprises have specially developed various designs and sizes of J-Hooks, D-caps and spring assemblies, working best for all designs of RABH bags. Aakash Enterprises has developed springs made of 17-7PH stainless steel, which is used for moderate to high temperature applications. Various types of springs are available-linear, non-linear, single conical and double conical springs. Quick release clamps are available for quick fixation of filter bags. This reduces down time required during bag change outs.

They are available for various sizes between 50mm to 315mm. They are made up of stainless steel, which reduces the chances of corrosion.

Pneumatic Tensioning Tool

Tensioning plays an important role in successful operation of filter bags in reverse air bag house. Improper tensioning is one of the main causes of bag failure. Excessive tensioning of the bag results in unnecessary stress to the fabric and sewing thread of the bags, and typically failures occur around the cuff and anti-collapsible rings. Insufficient tension causes excessive horizontal movements causing bag to bag abrasion.

Pneumatic Tensioning Tool is a precision tensioning device that provides accurate and consistent bag tensioning. Equal and adequate tension is applied to all bags maintaining uniformity. Tensioning of filter bags vary from 50 to 75 pounds depending on the diameter of filter bags.
