We offer VI generation Pulse Jet Bag Filters which work at Air to cloth ratios chosen based on extensive experience of our designers who have commissioned more than 35 PJBH amongst them.

They have working installation in all conceivable applications and a large pool of information to chosethe best design of dust collector. The two critical parts Filter bags & Cages are made in-house which ensures absolute control on performance of the filter unit.

We design, Engineer, Manufacture, Supply, install and commission the systems to entire satisfaction of the customer. The Gas Volume catered by these collectors vary from 3000 CMH to 2.2 million CMH and the operating temperatures it can handle upto 290 deg C.

PJBH fitted with ePTFE Membrane Lamination can give an emission level below 5 mg/Nm3 and an operating DP of <100 mmWG.

Cage configuration for circular, diamond, oval, flat and star shaped can be designed and worked in a variety of metal-grades of mild steel, stainless steel and other specialist alloys.

We manufacture our cages on CNC controlled welding machines to automate production process ensuring efficient & high quality products. The machines have multiple spot heads that increases our production rate and reduces our lead time.

We have implemented rigorous QA procedures, which involve cage and components inspection throughout all stages of production to the finished product.

Pulse valve has just one moving part that is the diaphragm. The unique spring-less construction provides fast opening and closing of valve. The high speed operation saves compressed air, helps to provide shock air wave for dislodging of dust from filter bags .High flow, long life and fast diaphragm action produce reliable and economical operation.

Aakash Enterprises offers both integral and remote solenoid valves. Remote solenoid valves are mounted in a separate enclosure. We can provide pulse valves of 3/4”, 1”, 11/2”and 2” sizes, based on your requirements. Double diaphragm offers some advantages over single diaphragm valves.

Valves are available with various control voltages rating 24V DC/110V AC/230V AV etc.

Sequential Controller

Sequential Controller

The AE sequential controller provides the time sequential energization of pilot valve used on the dust collector equipment.

The number of sequenced steps is adjustable from 2 to 10. Controls are provided to adjust the length of time between valves being energized (Pulse Frequency) and the length of time that the next valve is energized (Pulse Duration) Two independent method of starting and stopping the controller are provided .The first method will automatically stop the sequence and reset the controller to the first valve position whenever AC power is removed and then reconnected .The second method is by a remote control contact connected to the terminals provided .When the remote contact is opened the sequence stops .When the remote contact is re-closed ,the sequence continues from the previous position eliminating repeated cleaning of same rows of filter bags .

These features are unique and meet demands of all kind of applications .The card is protected in steel coated with enamel paint enclosures as per IP65 .The fire proof enclosure can be provided upon request. The differential pressure switch can work with this sequential timer to operate the system in demand mode from a remote location. An unique combination of DP switch controlled sequential timer can be provided for processes with variable load during operation .The cleaning is initiated upon reaching high DP and stopped upon achieving low DP .This arrangement saves compressed air and also enhances filter bags life. DP switch is not a part of this system.
